Instructions:

● Wireless charging of a smartphone uses magnetic induction. Do not place anything between the smartphone and the charger. Magnetic mounts, magnetic cases, or other objects between the smartphone and the charger may affect performance or damage the magnetic strips and RFID chips in some credit cards, security badges, passports, and electronic keys. If the case has any of these objects, remove them before charging or ensure that they are not between the back of the iPhone and the charger.

● If the smartphone does not charge or charges slowly and the smartphone is in a thick case, metal case or battery case, try removing the case.

● If the smartphone vibrates, for example when receiving a message, it may be moved. This may cause the charging mat to stop supplying power to the smartphone. If this happens often, consider turning off the vibration function, turning on do not disturb, or using a case to prevent the device from being moved.

● Depending on the charging mat you have, you may hear soft sounds when the smartphone is charging.

● Your smartphone may become slightly warmer when charging. If the battery becomes too hot, the software will limit charging to 80 percent to extend the battery life. Your smartphone will charge again when the temperature has dropped. Try moving your smartphone and charger to a cooler place.

● Your smartphone cannot be charged wirelessly when connected via USB. If the smartphone is connected to the computer via USB or if the smartphone is connected to a USB power adapter, the smartphone will be charged via the USB port.
